- Da Nang - At approximately 15:00 - 15:30, guests will return to the meeting point to board the cable car and descend the mountain. The bus will then transport the group back to Da Nang.

Satisfied client with an exceptional service👌 - I enjoyed the overall experience. After booking I got a WhatsApp with the tour guide Dao, introducing herself and letting know at what time the driver will pick us up from the hotel. On the day the driver arrived on time and took us to the meeting venue and we all drove in a comfortable bus with Dao explaining what to expect on the tour. Dao was so friendly and advised us about what’s available at Ba Na Hill and she took beautiful photos for us on the golden bridge.
The overall experience deserves 5stars.

I love our tour guide! - My Auntie (from the Philippines) and I (from USA) met in Vietnam and we went to Danang and booked our tour through Get Your Guide app. We had an amazing time and our local guide Trang Nguyen is an amazing tour guide. She contacted us the day before and 5 minutes before our tour. She is good in communicating. She is happy always on time and made our tour so much fun! She is adorable and everyone love her! 🥰
Our driver was a safe driver and picked us up and dropped us off in our hotel on schedule. I highly recommend this tour to anyone and hope you get Trang Nguyen as tour guide. ❤️🇻🇳🙏

Bana hills tours with Doa - Does our tour guide was amazing kept me informed of the pick up times and gave alot of information about Bana hills on the drive to the location.
Whilst there she was amazing g with taking all of our pictures in the best locations amd was very clear about when and where to meet up again. In each part of the tour. Had a wonderful day thank you

The Golden Bridge Tour with Dao! - Dao was a great tour guide! The venue was extremely busy, but Dao made the whole experience straightforward and most enjoyable! So pleased that we did this trip, and equally pleased that Dao was our ‘Person of the day’. She was warm, kind, friendly and most helpful! Thankyou Dao, it was a pleasure to meet and spend time with you.

Nga (Nona) was fantastic! - Great outing with 4 kids (2 families) even on a very foggy day. The latter softened an impact on those of us with a fear of heights, so could also be viewed as somewhat of a win.
Tour guide (Nga) was absolutely lovely - very understanding of our needs, presented information clearly, which is definitely not always a given in Vietnam, and went above and beyond in many respects.
I personally especially value her determination in coordinating a "special recovery mission" for my beloved cap with a significant sentimental attachment. This was no mean feat, as there were a multitude of rides and people on the day, and the cap was left right at the very top section of the park (tip I learnt - to rather leave my cap in the bag to then be packed away into ubiquitous lockers nearby, rather than behind my back after having to remove it during one of the rides).
Cap was subsequently brought back to our hotel in Hoi An at a very reasonable compensation, considering the distance and effort, all all the efficient correspondence via WhatsApp with several parties involved!
Nga also tried really hard to adapt our travel arrangment, in view of some parties from Da Nang that were no longer attending, but such couldn't be helped and we had to make an extra stop there for other reasons. Still her effort was appreciated.
Wish the fog had cleared up at least towards the afternoon, so we could have appreciated the surely impressive surroundings more, alas...
