Great day! - Great day we really enjoyed it. Mr. Luyen and Mr. Xuan were excellent. Very informative and fun. We loved the golden bridge and cable car.

Brilliant tour - We had a wonderful day. Mr Dung was nothing less than first rate. He was informative, patient and extremely helpful. He asked us if we wanted to get the Wow Pass, which we did. This was a brilliant idea and saved us hours of time as we got to skip the queues. Without his assistance the experience would not have been as good. He was a champion and I would encourage others to use your company and Mr Dung. Mr Hau was also very helpful and polite and a very safe driver. All in all we had a great day.

Beautiful Ba Na Hills - What a great tour! It was so beautiful and everyone went smoothly, thank you to Bao :). If you decide to book this tour, request her. Super nice and a happy and pleasant person to be around. She never bothered us and always took care of us. She was open to whatever we wanted to change about the tour and didn’t push anything at all. She was very knowledgeable of the area and she knew everyone in Ba Na Hills, which helped! We had an amazing time and we would definitely come back an do it all over again.

Great Private Tour with Excellent Guide — Company Could Improve - This was my first time visiting Vietnam, and as a solo traveler, I booked a private tour to Ba Na Hills for $185 USD. The experience overall was smooth and enjoyable, but a few areas could be improved. My guide, Mr. Quy, was excellent — calm, professional, and fluent in English. He made everything easy to understand and went out of his way to keep the day on track. When our scheduled private vehicle failed to show up, he quickly arranged a Grab ride so we wouldn’t fall behind. We visited all the major highlights: the beautiful Flower Garden, the stunning Golden Bridge, the charming French Village, and the expansive Fantasy Park. A buffet lunch was included, with great views high up in the hills. Another highlight of the tour was that Mr. Quy brought me to a few hidden spots with amazing views that most tourists seemed to miss. These quieter areas were perfect for enjoying the scenery without the crowds, and it really made the tour feel more personalized and thoughtful. The main issue was the unpredictable weather — we got caught in two heavy rain showers, and I was soaked. I was lucky to have packed extra clothes, but I was surprised the tour didn’t provide any basic rain protection like a poncho. In East Asia, that’s usually standard on guided tours. This would’ve made a big difference, especially for solo travelers. There were also two uncomfortable moments with other tourists — one woman physically blocked me from the ticket line, and another Eastern European woman loudly pushed us aside to take photos. Thankfully, Mr. Quy stayed calm and respectful the entire time. While I declined his offer to take photos of me, I appreciated the gesture — it shows how thoughtful he was throughout. Overall, I really enjoyed the day and highly recommend Mr. Quy as a guide. However, I think the tour company should improve their preparation and customer service — especially at this price point. Things like punctual transport and rain gear should be standard for a premium private tour.

A great option to get to and from Ba Na Hills! - Our trip to Ba Na Hills and back to Hoi A was quick, easy and comfortable. Communication with the company was good and Mr. Long (our driver) waited patiently for us and was back at the collection point within 5 minutes of us calling him.

Great tour and driver! - Our driver Hao was nice on time at our hotel pick up. Friendly Guy with good knowledge about things a long the way and give us our tickets when we arrived and pointed out where we needed to go when we were at the destination. and we could text him when we returned so he picked us up where he dropped is off.

This sunset tour is highly recommended - What an amazing tour this was! Our tour guide Jack and his driver were very accommodating and took us safely to our destination and back again. Jack was very knowledgeable and extremely considerate of us as two older women who needed walking breaks and didn’t necessarily find climbing stairs easy! Ba Na Hills itself is such a picturesque place and it is amazing how it has been made into such an imaginative display. This is somewhere that, while it requires a lot of walking, has something new around every corner and is well worth the visit. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting this area.

A good private tour with a driver - We just used Culture Pham for a private tour for four of to go to Marble Mountains and Bana Hills. We just had a driver, Mr Hau, who was very good. We didn't want a guide as we were just looking around by ourselves. We were just over an hour at Marble Mountains but could have spent longer as there are lots of places to go. We had about five hours at Bana Hills and again we could have spent longer there, there is so much to see. It took a long time just to get from the entrance to the cable car as there are a lot of escalators before you get there.

Great trip - Ba Na Hill was better than I expected. Tuan, our driver, was great. He was attentive and being able on instantly communicate with him through WhatsApp was a bonus.

Best way to visit Ba na Hills! - Our tour guide, Xuan, was simply amazing! The private tour was incredible, we had such a great time! It definitely would have been harder to manage this whole visit by ourselves, so having Xuan taking care of everything was a big help and made everything hassle free.
