EXCELLENT TOUR AGENCY IN VIETNAM - Traveled with a group of 11 ranging from a 12 year old to a 77 year old . Mai was very flexible and accommodating in our communication and planning . The guides were very professional ; approachable ; knowledgeable and entertaining(esp Andy in HCM ).
Mai was always in touch with us with welcoming treats and generous gifts ensuring every hotel catered for our vegetarians and pescatarians .
Mai even attended to our last minute booking of shows on Christmas day. And of course Vitawell rates are well priced to suit any budget. Vitawell travel agency and Mary Dao comes highly recommended.

Waste of time - This tour will go down in the books as one of the worst - a waste of time. I paid for a small tour but ended up in a tour bus with 23 people. I emailed the your company 2 weeks for certain details such as start time, duration and expectations for the tour that would feed into my decision making. They never responded even after emailing me 2-3 days before to tell me pick up time etc, i asked again and was ignored. It turns out they have a different itinerary to the one sold online that includes a 1-hr stop at a silk worm factory aka tourist trap point. Then they dragged out the departure time to the point where several of us were upset. The tour started at 8 not 7 am and we arrived there about 10 am. The tour said 2 hrs Ba na hills but we’re there for 3 hrs, stop for lunch and then head to the Golden bridge which is crowded by now with people. This could have been over by 2PM but we left close to 5 PM and I got back too tired to do anything else in daylight. They get two stars for getting me there safe. However I do not recommend this option. Select a private option that actually responds to people and takes you to the bridge early in the morning and then the park after.
