Just what we were looking for. - This is just what we were looking for. A comfortable vehicle and we were able to customize the stops to our liking. We learned so much from our driver Mr. Hao, he was cheerful and answered all of our questions about Vietnam life.

Excellent - We went through Get your Guide and selected the excursion with private driver for the day.
We had Sonny who was just exceptional: kindness, professionalism and availability are the words that characterize him!
He made us discover HUE and its must-see monuments as well as extraordinary views!
We highly recommend this experience which really optimizes the day
We don’t speak English well and yet Sonny is at our level! Many thanks and congratulations to him for this excellent discovery without forgetting the local lunch break of great quality at low prices!!

I wish My car was this clean! - The price was right, the car was excellent, clean and comfortable.
Our driver Mr.Phuoc was kind, conscientious and responsive, limited English but we both communicated through apps. He was very patient with our demanding schedule.

Great private transportation from Hue to Hoi An. - We hired Culture Pham Travel after our original Get Your Guide company cancelled our trip three weeks prior to our trip from Hue to Hoi An. I used Claude (AI app) and they recommended Culture Pham Travel and one other company as the best. Immediately after I contacted Culture Pham Travel they responded and assured me they had a driver for us during Tet. Throughout the process they were wonderful. Our driver, Mr. Hao was great and spoke very good English. He gave us ample time to take pictures and was available when we were ready to leave a site. He explained what each area was famous for and even told me to contact him via WhatsApp for his recommendations on coffee shops and restaurants in Hoi An, which I did. The recommended places we visited were great. He even took us to a tailor shop that a family member owns since I told him I wanted to have a dress made in Hoi An. Overall it was a terrific experience and I felt very safe riding with Mr. Hao despite the crazy traffic and “seemingly no driving rules” in Vietnam! I would definitely recommend Culture Pham Travel and Mr. Hao if you visit the DaNang area in Vietnam.

We really enjoyed our trip with mr. Hau: friendly guide and nice trip overall! - We had a wonderful experience with our driver mr. Hau. He was patient, he showed us many places and we really enjoyed our day driving around with him and doing sightseeing to the beautiful marble mountains on the road from Hue to Hoi An. We would highly recommend this trip to anyone, we wouldnt have want to have missed this!

An excellent driver who speaks English and is knowledgeable about Hue - Doc was waiting for us as soon as we got off the ship at 730am. The van he was driving was spotless, luxurious and had water waiting for us in each seat back. Doc chatted with us on the way to Hue which is his hometown. He pointed out things of interest and told us a little about Hue even before we arrived.
He took us first to the Imperial Palace and walked with us to purchase tickets. We picked a meeting spot and he was there waiting for us at the designated place.
We wanted to visit a local market and he took us to a good one where we purchased handicrafts. He gave us input on negotiating and how much we should pay for the handicrafts we were looking for.
We then paid a visit to a beautiful pagoda before a most delicious lunch. Doc guided us in our ordering and made suggestions.
Our last stop was the Royal Tomb which was very interesting.
Doc had us back at the port in good time to make our cruise ship departure. We even had time to fit in a little port store last minute shopping!
We highly recommend Doc for your transportation needs to Hie or Hoi An.

Amazing Driver! - Mr Hao was amazing! We just wanted a direct transfer to Hue and he more than exceeded our expectations. He also can give great local recommendations of food and experiences if you are headed towards Hue. Would absolutely recommend anybody to use him as your driver!

Transport became a highlight of the trip! - Hao is an excellent driver, and a great conversationalist. We booked a few transfers around central Vietnam with CulturePham and after our first drive with Hao, asked if our subsequent rides could be scheduled with him. His life story is fascinating and he turned the route from Hue to Hoi An into an activity with multiple stops at viewpoints and the marble mountains. If you are in central Vietnam I’d highly recommend requesting Hao!
