Well worth the 12,000 steps - The guide we had was so lovely and funny, his name was Ty and he was very informative and helpful. We really enjoyed his own story and the information he provided on the tour. Without him we would not have known what we were looking at and it was so refreshing that neither he or the driver asked for a tip. Lady Buddha and Marble Mountain a must do when in Da Nang so long as you have a reasonable level of fitness. Lot of walking and many steps but worth the effort for the view and history of the Buddhist religion and their beliefs which are so lacking in our consumerist and selfish Western culture.

Relaxing time in great company with Mt Chau support and guidance - Small group of 9 ( including us 3) meant it was possible to chat easy with the other group members. We were very ably, pleasantly and comfortably led by Mr Chau - he is obviously experienced, which was very helpful but not in an officious manner - he and the driver looked after us well. Plus - tremendous sights at Marble Mountain, Am Phu Cave and the Lady Buddha and temple. The visit to the marble factory was thankfully very short.

Should Experience - Our tour guide Team “Michael” was very expressive, informative, entertaining, very considerate of his travellers and had a wealth of knowledge! Gave us free air conditioning at multiple stops with his fan. The tour itself gave us a bit of history about De Nang and their religious cultures.

An interesting adventure - Tour guild was wonderful, happy and made us all laugh. He was also very informative. Both monkey mountain and Marble mountain were fantastic. Interesting to know they used the hell cave for a hospital in the Vietnam war

Disappointing - I was informed at short notice that the tour was full, although I could book the tour. The cancellation came only in writing and was very short notice. That's not customer service and it's not possible. I definitely cannot recommend this provider!!! I demand compensation beyond the refund then I could have planned the day differently!!!
