We were kindly greeted at check in.
Our driver Chuck was punctual and made the experience kid friendly for our family.

I was underwhelmed by the experience from start to finish. I have done carriage rides before and had plenty of “fun” moments while on the ride. This was load, go, unload. We could barely hear the music, no one really greeted us, nor asked how it was at the end. We were a large group and saw barely any lights on our path as well. Overall, it was just okay and we don’t need to book this again.
