A Good Option - I was on the Dallas area for three days on business. I wanted to go to the museum, but it was only open while I was working. I found the self-guided tour, and decided to give it a try. Parking didn't work out too well. I pulled into a lot and there were confusing signs. I paid $10 at a machine because it was the only option. Then it didn't print a receipt. I was concerned about getting a ticket. Also, I ended up walking past a sketchy area near where I parked. This all made me rush the whole experience a little since I was worried about my car. I should have researched and planned parking a little better. Also, my phone battery was getting low. So, I was a little rushed because of that too. I got to the starting point before I ever committed to paying for the tour. Once I paid, there were a couple hoops to jump through. I had to download an app, create an account, launch the tour, enter a code, etc. That took 5-7 minutes. Once I got started, the tour was great. Very professionally done. I got to see and learn everything I hoped I would. And, I was able to skip ahead whenever I was ready. All in all, totally worth it. Thanks for making this option available!

Great walking tour - We LOVED this tour! We even told several people about it while we were doing it. The directions were very easy to follow and the guide was wonderful. Unlike a live tour, it was great to be able to pause it and chat about what we had just learned.

Cool Interactive Walking Tour - The audio tour was informative. It was pretty cool how it interacted with us as we walked along the route. The downside was trouble with the app opening the tour on my phone at first after uninstalling/ installing the app 3 times. I tried again using my sister's phone, and it worked despite us both having androids. The tour started and worked fine with no problem.

Disappointing - I have taken many other tours like this one and usually enjoy them. For some reason this one had confusing directions and limited information. I was disappointed.
