Tour itinerary and bar stops are dependent on availability. All participants must be of legal drinking age (21+) with valid identification. Alcohol is not part of the package.

Myka was a wonderful tour... - Myka was a wonderful tour guide!! This haunted tour of Dallas was one of my favorite things I did while visiting. If you like ghosts and haunting stories, this tour in Dallas is awesome!!

Wonderful - Michael was an excellent tour guide. He had a wonderful personality as well as very informative of the stops along the way. The bars were so cool and such a vibe to experience. Definitely would go again.

Ghosts? Maybe. Good time? Absolutely. - Mikel took us on a 10/10 tour last night. Before the tour I was thinking, "ghosts in Dallas? It's not that old of a city"—and tbh I'm not entirely sure I was wrong—but what I am sure of is that we had a fantastic time. Mikel was entertaining, educational, and engaging. He made us laugh, told great stories, and showed us parts of Dallas I'd never seen! Highly recommend joining him (and the ghosts of Dallas) as soon as you can!

Average - It’s average. The “booze” isn’t really tied into the experience. So the drinking feels like a disjointed experience. All can be put together much better. The story telling is fine. Would give it a “B”… we’ve been on several ghost tours which have been more “haunting” … not a bad experience but nothing I would rave about either. Frankly, we left early cuz we got bored.

Unexpected Emergency Met with Cold Response - I was really looking forward to this ghost tour. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected and severe anxiety episode the day of the tour (I am traveling alone across the country for the first time), I wasn’t able to attend. I understand and respect the 24-hour cancellation policy, but I reached out to explain my situation, hoping for at least a gesture of understanding or flexibility given the circumstances.
Instead, I received a curt response stating simply that there are no refunds and that they would let the guide know I wasn’t coming. No acknowledgment of my situation, no offer of a credit or reschedule — just a flat “no.”
I wasn’t asking for special treatment, just a little empathy. Mental health challenges can be unpredictable, and I think businesses, especially those in hospitality and tourism, should be able to show at least a basic level of kindness when something like this comes up.
I hope in the future they consider treating these rare situations with a bit more care.
Just thought you should know the type of business you are supporting before giving them your money.

Tour Not as Advertised - Our tour guide (Trey) was very nice, but the tour was not at advertised. We met at Harwood Tavern as expected and stopped to talk about surrounding hotels at Main Street Garden. That is where we strayed from the advertised description. Most of the discussion from this point on centered around paranormal activity in general and not any history of downtown Dallas or reported ghosts in the vicinity. We spent a lot of time talking about things that happened near UNT in Denton and not in downtown Dallas. Our guide showed us his personal videos of suspected paranormal activity, but there was no connection to the history of downtown Dallas. He also invited other tour participants to share their stories of paranormal experiences. We did not take the tour to hear other participants speak. We stopped at a pub that was not listed and did not seem to have any history of ghosts. Our group of seven left the tour about 15 minutes early, but had not yet seen the Giant eyeball, discussed the Pegasus, or passed the Majestic Theater. We were excited to end at the Adolphus and the Rodeo Bar knowing that there is a history of ghosts there, but our guide acted like he wasn't sure we were going to make it there. From the advertisement, we anticipated hearing some history of the downtown area and about ghosts at various Dallas landmarks as well as actually seeing those sites. As stated, Trey was very nice. There were 11 people total in our tour, but we had a difficult time hearing him even when he used his microphone. We were not sure if he just went rogue on the tour or if he had not been properly trained as to the content of the tour. This tour would be best for people wishing to speak to others and share paranormal experiences rather than explore historical sites with a history of reported ghosts. Nine of the eleven people on the tour left early.

Waste of Money! - Absolutely disappointed. Not one haunted or ghostly story about Dallas but the guide’s personal experiences with the “spirit world” and his cat. One scary story was shared, BUT it was Denton, TX, not Dallas. Everyone lost attention. We left after the second bar, it was excruciating to hear his nonsense.
