7 day tour of Jordan - This was our first time in Jordan, an amazing country with wonderful people, culture and historic sites. Our driver Nidal went out of his way to introduce us to Jordan’s history, its food and coffee. We learnt so much from Nidal who was always happy to share his extensive knowledge. He was a great driver and excellent company We booked our trip trough Jihad who was easy to deal with, willing to make changes, and genuinely interested in making sure we had the best experience. Fantastic Jordan Experience with Jehad - This tour was arranged by one of the eight members of our group. Our tour guide, Jehad, customized a great tour of Jordan, including Petra, Wadi Rum and Amman. Some of the folks went to the Dead Sea as well. Jehad and his driver, Mohammed, are a great pair and guided us safely throughout our travels. We communicated using WhatApp and he kept us well informed throughout our time together. I had the unfortunate incident of losing my passport while in Petra. Without Jehad's help I would not have been able to get a replacement passport in a timely fashion and could have been stuck in Jordan. He went above and beyond what a tour guide would do to make travel arrangements for me to get to Amman from Petra and then back to Wadi Rum to meet up with the rest of my group. He also had a friend with airport connections meet us at the airport on our departure day to make sure that we did not have any issues leaving Jordan since I no longer had the passport with the entrance VISA stamp. Without Jehad's assistance, this very anxiety provoking experience would have been much worse. Jehad not only is a excellent tour guide, but a fantastic individual who truly cares about the people he is guiding.

Family Trip to Jordan - Such a fantastic experience. From the initial booking stage to the end of our journey, all communication with Jihad was excellent. All of his e-mails were prompt, informative and reassuring. He also helped us with areas of our trip that were not covered by the tour, which was really appreciated and made life a lot easier. Our actual tour was spectacular. Our guide Mo was waiting for us in reception and he did everything he could to make sure our trip was all we hoped it would be. His infectious humour was appreciated and he provided all the information we needed and answered endless questions. We loved everything we saw - Petra is stunning and we particularly appreciated the tour we took which commenced at the back entrance to the site, which means you climb down the 850 steps rather than climbing up them. There are lots of opportunities to use donkeys and golf carts at various time during the tour if mobility is an issue. Our private guide in Petra (organised by Jihad) was fantastic and so informative and led the tour in a manner that was comfortable for us all. We also spent the evening with a local family having dinner (organised by Jihad) and this was a wonderful opportunity to understand everyday family life in Jordan - the food we ate was delicious. We loved floating in the dead sea, seeing the amazing coral in the red sea and sleeping in the tents at Wadi Rum. The tour arranged by Jihad shows you all the fantastic scenery and sites that Jordan has to offer and all of it was just amazing. The flexibility of the tour was appreciated, we were always given extra time at a place if we felt we needed it. Our three day tour should have ended at about 4pm, but in his own time, Mo took us to a local restaurant in Amman, where not only was the food outstanding, but it was lovely to eat in a local restaurant - we were the only tourists. He then took us to a different place for desert, where we tried a local pudding - a wonderful experience to end our trip. We travelled with our children who are 19 & 21 and the tour was fantastic for all of us. This is also an excellent tour for couples & solo travellers - we felt safe and looked after at all times. The joy of booking & travelling with a local guide, means they can accommodate all requests to ensure that everybody regardless of their age has a great time. Everybody we met treated us with such joy & kindness and were delighted to welcome us and make sure that we were having a great time. Thank you Jihad & Mo for showing us your beautiful country - we will be back to see the north of the country as soon as we can.

A Trip of a Lifetime to Jordan - When looking to tour the sites in Jordan we had on our “bucket” list, I knew that it would be a daunting task. Even as an experienced traveler, there was some apprehension on my side as we had only 5 days to try to see and experience the places on the list, Petra, Wadi Rum, Amman and the Dead Sea. There were 8 of us, so arranging for transportation between the above sites was going to be extremely challenging and in a country that neither I nor the rest of the group had visited before. With this in mind, I set upon trying to find a local and experienced guide that could potentially meet the criteria that I had set for our group. It was no doubt going to be a whirlwind tour with many pieces to have to put together and coordinate to try to have the best experience we could. After a good amount of research, I decided on choosing Jehad for this journey and the experience. He was quick to reply to my requests and did not flinch one bit in trying to accommodate my goal and wishes for our group. For every question I had, he offered sound advice with his experience resonating in his responses. He knew that we were trying to accomplish a lot in a short window of time and he made every attempt to coordinate this throughout our communications. When it was put together, my thought was this is going to be a whirlwind of a trip. And would it come together and result in a travel experience for us as a group and individually? Now that we are all back and I am writing this review, I can say unequivocally that it was probably the best trip overseas in my almost 25 years of traveling internationally. Expectations were high but were somewhat tempered by what I thought would still be the challenges of coordinating all the moving parts. Not only did he have arrange all the travel but he also was going to be our guide in some instances and then also make specialty arrangements for local guides in places especially like the Wadi Rum. I knew it was a lot to ask for. From meeting us at the airport in Amman and getting us on our way expeditiously to Petra to begin our journey and experience at the start, I knew that he had to put together this trip together with extremely detailed planning and timing. Coordination along with what I soon found out to be his consummate contacts, made each leg come together in a manner that made me and my members confident in our choice of selecting him from the onset and throughout our whirlwind journey. Now bear in mind that there were eight in our group so there were bound to be some challenges and some missteps, like one of our group losing our passport, some mobility issues, etc. but Jehad handled them all, even accomplishing the task of arranging for that member of our group to get an emergency replacement passport and then get him back to our tour without him missing too many of the highlights. This was a Herculean task of such magnitude, trust me, and for him to get this done speaks kudos to his ability, experience and network. It was very impressive to say the least. As I stated above, it was one of the most enjoyable trips I’ve experienced. Seeing the wonders of Petra in person, from the pure serenity and adventure of being in the Wadi Rum and then onwards, it was impactful and meaningful in so many ways for all of us. So to say it was an experience of a lifetime sounds like a cliché but it was that. For me, many of the moments are imprinted in my mind and memory that will last a lifetime. So if you or a group is looking to experience the major sights in Jordan and to have that consummate experience there, save yourself a lot of time and effort by choosing Jehad as your overall coordinator and guide. Before parting, I was amiss in my writings by not mentioning above, how Jehad is as an individual. He made us all feel very comfortable and his ease of how he was with all of us, his temperament and communication skills were a huge part in making our trip so very enjoyable and impactful. So even with all his other abilities, one would hope for that too and he had that in him which is so very important in any individual’s journeys and travels. I hope I get to see Jehad again when I plan a future journey to Jordan. There’s so much more to experience there and with him as my guide and coordinator, I’m confident I will have another journey of a lifetime.

Excellent first impression of Jordan - Our friendly/funny tour guide Jehad and our best driver Mohamed did everything to give us an excellent first impression of Jordan. Our tour covers Amman, Petra, Wadi Rum, Dead Sea and back to Amman. We discovered many historical sites and local cuisines, always in a friendly way and easy going.
