Ruaha National Park - Guests will be collected from Dar Es Salaam (please specify the pick-up location) to embark on a journey to Ruaha National Park via Iringa town. The drive is anticipated to last approximately 8 hours. There will be two stops along the way for refreshments and lunch. This day is dedicated to travel, ensuring arrival at Ruaha National Park. Upon arrival, guests will check in at Ruaha Hilltop Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Ruaha National Park - The day begins early at 06:30 hours with morning game drives, accompanied by packed breakfast and lunch boxes. The game drive will continue as guests explore various locations in the park in search of wildlife until the lunch break. After lunch and a brief rest within the park, the game drive will resume until approximately 18:30 hours, when guests will return to their accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay. Wildlife and attractions to expect include, but are not limited to, buffalo, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, impalas, warthogs, elephants, hippos, various birds, plants, and reptile species.

Ruaha National Park - Following breakfast, guests will enjoy a full day of game drives in Ruaha National Park. Nearly as vast as the Serengeti, this untouched natural reserve remains one of the most thrilling game reserves. It is a birdwatcher’s haven with 350 different bird species. Wildlife is concentrated along the Great Ruaha River, the lifeline of the park’s wildlife. Waterbuck, impala, and Grant’s gazelle are common sights. The shores of the Great Ruaha River serve as a permanent hunting ground for lions, leopards, jackals, hyenas, and African wild dogs. Guests will relish the captivating beauty of Ruaha National Park, with a picnic lunch in the park. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Hilltop Lodge.

Ruaha National Park - The driver guide will transport guests to Dar Es Salaam via Iringa and Morogoro, with a lunch stop at Msolwa Cafe, before reaching Dar es Salaam for drop-off and farewells.
