• Huayan Temple of Datong - At 8 am, guests will be picked up from their centrally located Datong hotel and taken to Huayan Temple, a renowned Buddhist temple established 1,000 years ago. Visitors can explore statues, a pagoda, and various halls.
• Nine Dragon Screen - Next, the tour proceeds to the Nine Dragon Wall, which was once part of a royal palace built 600 years ago during the Ming Dynasty. It is the finest and oldest nine-dragon wall in China, with each dragon exquisitely carved to showcase its unique pose.
• Shanhua Monastery - The journey continues to Shanhua Temple, famous for maintaining its original layout for approximately 1,000 years.
• Datong Volcanic Group - A 30-minute drive will then take guests to the Volcanic Geopark, a vast area featuring a variety of ancient volcanoes.
