• If you cannot locate the driver, it is your responsibility to call the number provided on your voucher for assistance before making alternative arrangements.
• If there are any changes, you must update your booking immediately.
• Unless specified otherwise, 1 piece of medium-sized luggage is allowed per person. Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for a taxi to transport your luggage.
