Nice excursion destination - We really liked it. There are many fish species to see. A special highlight is the turtle Speedy.
For children there are 9 stations where they can learn about species conservation, environmental protection, etc. They can stamp and this will be rewarded with a prize at the end.

Mega top - It was just mega, the best thing for me was being allowed to put my hand in the pool with instructions. And feel cleaning prawns on your hand. But everything else was great.

Great family outing - Great trip to Sealife Timmendorfer Strand. Especially the rays and the water turtle gave the children joy.

Nice activity with kids - Nice aquarium with feeding that can be seen e.g. a giant sea turtle eating broccoli - super experience for children who get delivered a stamp booklet that requires solution of small tasks on the way through the aquarium - with a small prize at the end

Lots of fish and plenty of time to watch it! - We really enjoyed the visit. You would have plenty of time to take a look at everything in peace and quietly and with the discount through the Ostsee-Card you would also have cheap. The only downside: the visitors, who can't behave, should be "patted on the fingers".

Nicely made - expensive - It is really very nicely done there. The highlight for the children was that you could put your head in a dome at some aquariums to have direct eye contact with the fish. We were there on a cloudy day. There were a lot of visitors. We had booked our tickets online before (they are cheaper then). People with claustrophobia should consider a visit. The corridors are narrow and you are permanently on unwanted touch. It's very small, you get through quickly. Therefore (price/performance) no 5 stars. For kids but definitely recommended.

Too small, too expensive - You're through everything in less than an hour. The feeding times were well moderated. Otherwise it was very crowded despite booked time slot. Not worth the money. 10,- € would already be at the top limit.

Dont go! - A disappointing, unethical, and deeply disturbing experience – Sea Life should be investigated for animal welfare violations
This is not entertainment. It’s an example of how animal cruelty is sold under the guise of a “family-friendly experience.” We paid €18 per person and in return got an experience that was both appalling and grossly irresponsible – towards both animals and visitors.
The photos and descriptions Sea Life uses to promote the attraction are blatantly misleading. They promise a wide range of species and interactive experiences. The reality? A confined, clinical, and claustrophobic space where animals are kept in conditions that are far too small and unnatural. We walked through the entire aquarium in just 11 minutes. We had seen everything – and already regretted going.
The animals have minimal space. Fish, sharks, and a large sea turtle are crammed into small tanks. The sea turtle, which Sea Life proudly advertises, was swimming in circles in a tank far too small – along with two small sharks. It swam the same loop over and over, a clear sign of stress and poor welfare.
They also promise a “touch tank.” It does not exist in any real form. You can run your hand over a few small fish and corals while an employee speaks into a microphone. It’s hollow and superficial. The entire experience feels more like a marketing ploy than genuine education about marine life.
After the visit, you’re left with a sinking feeling that you’ve just supported something you never should have. This is not education. It is animal exploitation. I urge anyone who cares about animal welfare to boycott this place and report it to the appropriate authorities.
This facility should be investigated for violations of animal welfare law.
