• Drogisterij de Salamander - Before diving in, let’s refresh our taste buds. We’ll make a quick stop at the Netherlands’ oldest chemist, established in 1759.

Here, we’ll try some traditional Dutch medicine… great for digestion! It might sound unusual, but rest assured, the chemist will explain everything.

• Grand-Cafe-Diner ‘t Boterhuis - The following stop is the restaurant ‘t Boterhuis, the former butter house. While they no longer sell butter, we’ll enjoy something buttery here: Poffertjes! These are delightful little Dutch pancakes.
• Old Church - As we head to the next destination, we’ll pass by some of Delft’s most intriguing landmarks. You’ll hear tales about the meat hall, the historic beer brewing industry, and Delft’s leaning tower.
• ‘t Kaas Lokaal Delft - Our next destination is a charming cheese shop from 1901, located right next to the Old Church.

Naturally, you’ll sample some Dutch cheese, as expected. But they’ll also surprise us with something unique: a cheese bonbon. Let’s find out!

• Molen de Roos - Our journey continues to a 17th-century windmill: Molen De Roos.

This windmill grinds its own wheat and offers its own flour and baked goods.

You’ll learn about the windmill, taste some of their delicious creations, and (if you wish) climb a few stairs to see the windmill in action.

• Just Fish - We’ll stroll to our next stop: a fish store.

Here, you can decide if you’d like to try the Dutch pickled herring. If that’s not to your taste, don’t worry, there’s something more universally appealing. You’ll find out!

• Bierhuis de Klomp - Time for a beverage! The next stop is Delft’s oldest bar, dating back to 1652. It’s a fantastic spot to enjoy some bitterballen, paired with Jenever, beer, or another drink of your choice.

If you prefer non-alcoholic options, there’s a variety of sodas available.

• Stads-Koffyhuis - The final stop is at Stads-koffyhuis, a renowned coffee and lunch spot in Delft.
