A highlight of my trip to India - Santan is a great host for this eye-opening and heartwarming experience. He grew up in a similar area and everyone here knows him. He is eager to share that with visitors. The people are very friendly and welcoming. The kids in the area all know him and seem to be intrigued by visitors—one wanted to practice his English and teach me a Hindi phrase. I will be in India for a couple of weeks and this will certainly be an unforgettable highlight of my trip. Santan also hosts other tours in Delhi and is easy to keep in contact with. I would love to come back here.

Know another aspect of Delhi - The tour demonstrated us another reality of Delhi's development that tourists cannot notice only by visiting historical and cultural sites. What I was impressed most is that the streets are so condensed without sufficient hygiene, and not all the children have the opportunity of education. But, the people especially children living in the area are so friendly and energetic, and they are living their life independently. I felt their energy is the hope. My teenage son also looks so impressed by the reality of the world and warmness of people, which he visited a foreign country. Some of the best traveling experiences we’ve had. - This was the highlight of our trip to Delhi. I was worried that we would feel very uncomfortable and out of place during this tour. Our tour guide was originally from that site and knew his way around and the local people. We felt honored to be so welcome and allowed into this neighborhood. A very humbling and enriching experience. Would recommend to anyone visiting Delhi.

Slum Dog Millionaire in Delhi - 6 star Guide - Super cool tour and way to get a beat on life in the slum. Eye opening and highly educational. There below the train tracks and freeway another world exists with its own economy. Great morning activity. Sincerely another world and the community seems to be one with it. Highly recommend to give yourself a new take on the slum.

Wow! - Wow! This tour was ‘eye opening’. My friend and I are so grateful we were able to add this tour to our itinerary. We felt safe, the guide was great and the community was welcoming. You have not really experienced India until you have gone on this tour.

Rewarding experience. - This tour was a fantastic insight into the Jakira slum area. My tour guide was well known and liked by the locals as he showed me around and explained the workings of the slum. I got to interact with some of the locals especially the children who took great interest in me and they were lively and humorous. Moti, my guide, wants to encourage more people to visit as that helps bring in a bit more money to the community. I would definitely recommend, leave the tik tok videos for somewhere else and come here with respect and you will receive a rewarding experience.

Excellent Tour - This is an excellent tour giving us an insight into the lives of the people who live in this community. As we walked through the small narrow streets our guide Santan introduced us to some of the residents. We drank tea, chatted and laughed with the children who were so keen to practice English.
