I couldn't participate. - I've never been able to reach you since I completed my reservation. My contacts are also disconnected and I can't take any further action. My travel plans have been ruined. From what I've seen by word of mouth, I've seen some people in recent posts who have experienced the same thing. Why are you keeping this product?
