EXPLORING THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE. Nestled on expansive terraces along the hillside, the landslides of past centuries have fortunately preserved much of the ancient remains, including the 4th century BC Temple of Apollo, where the Oracle delivered her prophecies, the Castalian Spring of Mythology, the theatre, treasury buildings, temples of Athena, and the Gymnasium where athletes gathered before the Pythian games to bathe in the sacred waters. During a visit to Delphi, one can still witness the physical structures associated with this incredibly long history as the expert guide brings their history to life.

• Delphi Archaeological Museum - TOURING THE MUSEUM. A beautiful addition to the site is the modern museum, which displays artifacts dating back to at least 1500 BC, including many sculptures and other unique pieces that adorned the temples and streets of the site at its peak around the 4th century BC. Notable pieces include the Naxos Sphinx, the twin Kouroi, and the famous Bronze Charioteer, among others.
• Delphi Archaeological Site - TOURING THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE. One of Greece’s most significant archaeological sites, designated by the God Zeus as the center of the Ancient World. Tour the site while walking the path of former kings to the Temple of Apollo, learn about the Prophecies of the famous Oracle, the Ancient Olympic games held there, the treasuries of cities housed on the site, and many other wonders such as the giant Naxos Sphinx.
