Do not use Sailnstay - I was very unhappy with the Sailnstay gulet cruise I took from Olympos to Fetiye from 14-17 October 2025. I traveled in Turkiye for several weeks. During that time I stayed in 7 hotels in 6 cities, took 3 domestic flights, and in Goreme I took a hot air balloon ride and a green tour. All were good quality and handled professionally. In contrast, the gulet cruise was disorganized and low quality, particularly the customer service before and after the cruise. At the last minute they refused to pick me for the cruise and only relented after an argument. The ship was not in good condition. My cabin did not look like it had been cleaned (and was never cleaned during the trip, apart from emptying the toilet waste). The toilet lid was falling off and the curtains were falling off. During the trip there was an infestation of flies in my cabin. I was still finding dead flies in my bags after the cruise. There were plenty of beach towels on board so I wasted money buying a towel. There were only 4 people on the cruise, including me. The other 3 people had already traveled from Fethiye together. So I had needlessly paid the single supplement. I received very little introduction to the ship and procedures, since I was the only new passenger. I had to push the crew to provide sightseeing explanations. There were no activities on board apart from meals and the occasional stop. I was bored. Sailnstay agreed that I was due refunds and then never paid them. First they gave excuses, then said it was my credit card company’s problem to refund me after I reported the dispute. I spent months getting back the $1,056 ($176 deposit + $520 cruise + $360 single supplement) from my credit card company. Thankfully I had refused to pay the balance (after the deposit) in cash, or I would have had no recourse to get my money back. The crew (Ali, Mami, Mert, and the woman who cooked and did laundry) did their best, and Mami rescued me when it was clear I was having swimming problems. I would not recommend Sailnstay to anyone. There are better cruise companies.
