Awesome trip - Well organized, we liked it and we enjoyed the trip. I recommend it for a full days out in Bali , the activities like snorkeling and Banana boat was fun

Parasailing, diving, banana boat - It was a lot of new experiences. It was fun. The parasailing was nice and pleasant with a nice view. Diving was cute with so many fish nearby.

Pontoon was awesome - Great day the pontoon was the best! The boat in and back was great music was pumping and the staff were fabulous! Have to try the banana boat and snorkelling.

1st class - We were very happy with our trip to Lembogan Island. The Bali Hai crew were 1st class . Happy to help , very friendly and the vessel Aristocat was amazing . Smooth quiet and comfortable.

Amazing day in Bali - The staff was amazing! Puri was the best! She made us feel special. The water was beautiful. The only thing I would ask for is more authentic spicy food. I hate when dps is tamed down for'western' taste

Unsafe, Overrated, Overpriced, and Deeply Disappointing – A Risk to Familiess - We joined the Bali Hai Reef Cruise as a family of four (two adults, two children), expecting a safe and enjoyable experience. What we encountered was far from acceptable – and at times, dangerous. Overall cruise experience: • The pontoon appeared old and rusty – more like a leftover from another era than a premium experience. • The snorkeling site was extremely disappointing: low visibility, very few fish, and dead, grey coral. One of the worst snorkeling sites I’ve ever seen. • The advertised “fun slide” was barely functional and underwhelming. • The only redeeming aspect was the average buffet, which was acceptable for a quick lunch. Serious safety incident: While using stand-up paddle boards (included in the package) in the beach area in front of the hotel, we were suddenly hit by strong waves. Several large tree logs had already been floating visibly near the shore well before the waves started. Despite these obvious hazards, there were no warnings, no restricted areas, and no safety instructions provided. My children were thrown into the logs and suffered significant injuries. Shockingly, it was not the lifeguards who helped us, but two other tourists who pulled them from the water. Lifeguards on duty were visibly distracted and only appeared after the fact. One of them admitted later that such waves happen nearly every day. This is a clear and serious breach of duty of care, particularly in a setting marketed as family-friendly. There was no preventive action, no risk communication, and no sense of professional supervision. We left not only disappointed, but shaken with a notion of having been „ripped off“. I would strongly advise families and safety-conscious travelers to stay away until serious improvements are made. This experience was traumatic, poorly managed, and far from the professional standard one should expect from any tour operator – let alone one charging premium rates.
