Initially, guests must book a ticket. Once the booking is confirmed, they will be promptly informed about the pick-up time at their accommodation.

After being picked up, the driver will proceed directly to the Headquarter office for ticket and baggage check-in. Guests are required to check in and obtain a valid boarding pass with a QR code. Without this, access to the Harbor will not be granted.

All baggage will be handled by the Helper. For personal belongings or hand-carry items, please note that a maximum of two bags per person is allowed.

Upon arrival at Lembongan Island, guests will wait for the drop-off service arrangement to their accommodation, using the unique iconic car with an open back seat and roof, known as a bemo.

The return process will follow the same system.
