Once a booking is made with Silver Mountain Express online, a reservation confirmation email is sent. A reminder text message is sent the day before the trip.
Upon arrival at Denver International Airport, check the phone for the driver’s details. If no message is received from the driver, contact Customer Service.
Head to baggage claim on the 5th floor to collect all luggage.
After gathering all bags, proceed to the exit on the 5th floor. Immediately text or call the driver with the door number. It typically takes about 5 minutes for the driver to arrive from the holding area after receiving the door number. If on the east side of the terminal, exit through doors 507 or 511. If on the west side, exit through doors 506 or 510.
After exiting, cross the first street. On the first island, there is a booth with a “LIMO” sign where the driver will meet you.
