Francesca is a passionate and well-trained guide, able to convey with depth and clarity the complex history of the city, the problems experienced by its people to date and the prospects for the future. Having a guide all to myself, who spoke Italian, made everything even more engaging, as well as clear in every detail. Francesca was able to adapt perfectly to my interests and curiosities, answering with competence and attention to all my questions and proposing valuable insights along the way. The tour was not only a chance to learn, but also a real emotional journey into Derry’s memory and identity. The troubles explained well - Clear and complete, David finally made us understand with simplicity and competence what happened in those years in Northern Ireland, making us enter the climate of the “troubles” and giving us a couple of hours emotionally very intense.
