When is a tour not a tour? - Apparently there is no private fireworks tour. Why would you allow Tripadvisor to display a trip that doesn't exist and accept credit card transactions for deposits? I made the reservation and later received a text to call Mobile Sports. I called them, they said they don't have this tour and apparently it's some issue with Tripadvisor. They instructed me to call TA for a refund, they didn't even have any record of me. So, their problem then becomes my problem. Not a great way to handle the situation. Luckily I was able to cancel online without having to chase someone by phone.
