The journey begins in the village of Diabat, a renowned spot for hippies and Jimi Hendrix during the ‘60s and ‘70s. This village also features the remnants of a palace that predates the city of Mogador.
Guests will be collected from the main street and led through the village’s quaint alleys to the Ranch Aftass stables. The ride will follow the river, a popular spot for various migratory birds, where there is a chance to see flamingos.
The route continues through mimosas and eucalyptus forests and across sand dunes, offering stunning views of Mogador Island, Essaouira, and the pristine beaches. The return journey follows the shoreline, with potential sightings of goat herds or a local farmer herding cows back to the village before reaching the stables.
