Super tasting experience - A wonderful guided tasting by the sympathetic expert Mathieu. He introduces white and red wines from the region and introduces the basics of tasting techniques. 10/10 would do again:)

Great class! - My friends and I booked this class to learn more about the region and Burgundy wine. This was such a good class and had great wine tastings. Matthieu was very knowledgeable and explained things in an easy way to understand. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommended wine tasting - Matthieu was charming and personable and gave us a wonderful class, taking us through the nuances of wine tasting, He has great knowledge and was able to relate this to us to allow us to maximise our enjoyment of the wines. He even had awareness of our native Australian wines and showed an interest in our local wineries, Highly recommended.

100% recommend - Would definitely recommend this tasting to anyone. In a cozy but impressive cellar, Matthieu gave us a great experience. As beginners, Matthieu was very patient and gave us a detailed lesson on tasting Burgundy wines, as well as the region and its history. We left with good knowledge of Burgundy wines, the main flavour profiles to look out for, and even some food pairings. Thank you Matthieu!

We were lucky enough to... - We were lucky enough to have just us for the tasting. Matthew was extremely knowledgeable and very warm and friendly. The well stocked cellar had an amazing atmosphere and was a welcomed relief from the heat! The 6 tastings were of excellent and surprising wines. Highly recommend this and would happily do it again!

Intelligent wine workshop - I had such a great time with Matt (and wines). The story of the region is fascinating and really adds to the experience. Matt guided me through the tasting process and had a conversation about each bottle. I felt like a welcome guest having a mutually (hopefully :-) ) enjoyable conversation - and not just a client. A fun place to sample a full spectrum of wines - My wife and I had the pleasure of a fabulous wine tasting event in this cozy wine cellar. Our host Matthieu was very knowledgeable and he really showed a great deal of patience with us, or should I say me, because of my olfactory limitations. My wife, however could truly appreciate his explanations of the subtleties for the various wines’ nose. We were able to taste five wines from different areas that covered the spectrum from a light white to a more robust red and we truly enjoyed our time with our host as well as the ambience of the setting. An all around great experience that we highly recommend.
