1. Choose the transportation service needed, keeping in mind that the model and type of vehicle will be assigned based on availability and the number of passengers.

2. Provide the following details: Full name, pickup location, pickup date and time, and phone number.

3. Save your voucher. You can either print it or store it on your phone.

4. One hour before your ride, you will receive your driver’s contact information.

5. One hour prior, we will send you the meeting point details to connect with your driver.

6. Meet your driver at the designated pickup location.

7. Show your voucher and ID to the driver so they can validate your voucher or ticket.

8. Each traveler is permitted one suitcase and one small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g., surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have restrictions; please check with the operator before traveling to confirm if your extra luggage is acceptable.

9. Consider the luggage storage capacity based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with more items, multiple vehicles might be necessary.

10. Checked luggage (per person): Weight must not exceed 30KG, roughly equivalent to a 28-inch suitcase per person.

11. Hand luggage (per person): Weight must not exceed 7KG, approximately equivalent to a 20-inch boarding suitcase.

12. No-show: If the guest does not arrive as scheduled and cannot be contacted, the vehicle will depart after the free waiting period, and the order will not be refunded.

13. Special circumstances: If the flight is canceled due to force majeure or unforeseen factors (such as typhoons, earthquakes, and other natural disasters), the order will be considered canceled, and the fee will be fully refunded.
