- Meet the Chef at the West gate (gate no.5) of Ben Thanh Market. Accompanied by the Chef, participants will explore the market, gaining insights into local cuisine, Vietnamese ingredients, and their alternatives.
- Returning to the cooking class, in a welcoming and spacious setting, participants don an apron, sit down, and savor a traditional welcome drink.

Then, everyone gets involved in creating their culinary masterpiece. They learn each step of the cooking process, from preparing ingredients, making sauces, marinating, to cooking. All fundamental cooking techniques are covered in this class.
