At 6:00 am, rise early to visit the renowned Cai Rang Floating Market. Experience the vibrant morning trade as boats brimming with fruits and vegetables gather to sell their produce. Proceed to a rice noodle factory to observe the traditional noodle-making process and visit a colorful local market nearby.
Return to your hotel for breakfast and check-out before visiting the 10 Vo ancient house, a beautiful riverside home that showcases local architecture and traditions. Try making Vietnamese pancakes (bánh xèo) and enjoy a delicious local lunch.
After lunch, consider an optional bike ride through the tranquil countryside to explore the daily life of the locals. In the afternoon, travel back to Ho Chi Minh City, arriving at around 4:45 pm.
