Embark on a morning tour to visit the Independence Palace, also known as the Reunification Palace, which was constructed on the site of the former Norodom Palace. The Independence Palace is a renowned landmark in Ho Chi Minh City, designed by architect Ngo Viet Thu.
- Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral - Continue to admire the stunning structures from the French Colonial era, such as the Notre Dame Cathedral.
The Notre Dame Cathedral is currently under restoration, so guests will only visit the exterior.
- Central Post Office - Spend 30 minutes visiting this location.
- War Remnants Museum - Next, visit the impressive War Remnants Museum, which features extensive displays from both the Indochina wars. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

Cu Chi Tunnels - Depart for the Cu Chi Tunnels, with the journey taking approximately one and a half hours by bus. Upon arrival, receive a brief introduction followed by a video presentation on how the tunnels were built and how people survived under the challenging wartime conditions. Then, explore the remaining areas and tunnel systems, which include specially constructed living spaces with kitchens and bedrooms alongside other military facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers, ensuring the inhabitants’ basic needs were met. Additionally, there are numerous hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purposes during the war. Afterward, enjoy special tea and cassava (the guerrilla’s food during the war).
Take a break to relax before returning to Ho Chi Minh City. - Ben Thanh Market - Depart from the Cu Chi Tunnels to return to Ho Chi Minh City after a 1.5-hour drive, then drop off guests at hotels/accommodations in District 1. End of the trip.
