Here, guests savor traditional Vietnamese coffee and receive their bike fittings. The cycling route spans about 50 km, traversing a mix of mud and gravel single-track paths, including elevated wooden planks over rice fields. While moderately challenging, the route offers a genuine glimpse into the terrain that local residents navigate daily. Riders are provided with water and fruit breaks every 15 km to stay refreshed.

Upon completing the 50 km ride, guests have the option to relax in the support vehicle or continue cycling for an additional 12 km. The group then gathers at a local craft brewery to taste regional microbrews, featuring Pho-flavored beer along with IPAs, Stouts, Cherry, Hibiscus, and Whiskey-inspired varieties. The experience wraps up with a 90-minute van ride back to Saigon, arriving at around 18:30.
