Recommended to us by friends, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it! Off the beaten track - this is a great day out. - We absolutely loved our day with An exploring and learning about life in the villages of the Mekong Delta. Sheltering from a thundery downpour and drinking sugar cane juice by the side of the road was definitely a highlight! We learned so much about food (chocolate, all the things you can do with a coconut!) and about some of the local crafts. Admiring the beautiful flora from the back of An’s scooter and chatting to her about her life was a privilege too. Lunch at a local Homestay followed by a snooze in a hammock was lovely too before floating down the delta in our boat. We even had someone throw down a snack from a bridge for us to catch and try. Miles away from the busy cities, this was a magical day out, excellently organised with great communication in advance from An. Would definitely recommend.

- We had a great day, we discovered the local and authentic culture in a relaxing and cheerful atmosphere. Thanks to our guide An and our two drivers, for driving us safely in the beautiful flora of this region. If you are fond of steet food, this tour is for you.

Mekong with An - My husband and I had a great time on this tour with An as our guide. She and Uncle were both great drivers for the scooter part. The boat ride on the river was nice and chill. Experiencing several stops to see a coconut factory, candy making, mat making, all were interesting and educational. I had several side conversations with An, learning about Vietnam from a locals point of view. I highly recommend.

Mopeds through the Mekong - Unlike so many big city tours, this was a true “as locals do” experience. The morning started with quiet visits to rural workshops where we watched rug making and coconut cutting—simple, beautiful routines of daily life. Lunch was served at our guide’s home, which also doubles as a homestay, and it felt like being welcomed by old friends. After a nap in the hammocks, we set off to sail through the delta. When the canopy grew thick and the world fell silent, I had a moment where I felt like Martin Sheen searching for Brando. If you’re after tour buses and market stalls, this isn’t it. But if you want something honest and unforgettable, it’s here.

nice breath in and out from HCM - Dzung, the owner of the company, answered all my questions with his passion to the land. He is from the north of Vietnam, but fell in love with the south, bought land there, and started running a one of the most coziest guest house in the area and his own business there. It was a tour that really conveyed his life story, passion, and affinity with the land. It's definitely better to do this than any other tour! We were especially lucky to meet him! Highly recommended for expats living in Saigon.

Wonderful private experience - We loved this tour and would highly recommend Chi and her team. We were on a private tour, which meant we were totally immersed with the locals, food and environment. We rode motorbikes to many unique experiences and had a wonderful homecooked meal at Chi's honestly with her family.

Great day on the Mekong Delta - Lovely countryside and people. An was knowledgeable and looked after us and the other couple on the tour. The scooter ride was fun and the boat trip peaceful. We really appreciated seeing locals go about their business (like bed mat making, chocolate making, coconut production) without any sales pitches or tipping everywhere like we have seen in other tour reviews. Food was plentiful and tasty. Altogether a great day out and as non-touristy as it can get.
