- Airport Transfer (if booked): Look for our driver holding a welcome board with your name. He will assist you to the car and drive you to your hotel.

- Confirmation will be received at time of booking
- Child seats are not available / Infants must sit on laps
- Flight arrival details & Hotel Address or Flight Number Departure Time are required 48 hours before arrival.
- The additional charge at 9 usd/ hour will be applied AFTER 60 minutes of waiting from the time your flight lands.
- After 120 minutes of waiting from the time you flight lands without pre-informing will be considered as No-show.
- VEHICLE OPTIONS
- 7-Seater Vehicle type: Good for groups of 3 or less. Can fit a maximum of 3 medium-sized luggages
- 16-Seater Vehicle type: Good for groups of 7 or less. Can fit a maximum of 7 medium-sized luggages
- The standard medium luggage size is 66cm x 43cm x 26cm.

Worth it - There had to be at least 200 people in line for regular immigration. For $30 usd it is totally worth it to get the immigration fast track

Ok but driver demanding tip! - Fast track though the airport was easy and efficient. The private car was ok but what let it down was the driver demanding a tip in either GBP or USD, banging on that he needs the paper money only for his collection! Bang out of order. Unacceptable

Don’t do the transfer just the immigration fast track. - Loved the immigration portion as our flight time had huge queues. The taxi portion was less than smooth. Don’t include the transfer as you’ll just be waiting in a queue anyway with everyone else.

Great concept but instructions lacking - This was a great idea it was just that the pick up/collection details were a bit lacking. The lady collected us and led us to customs and we turned around and she was gone. I thought as part of this experience they would pick you up from the plane, take you through customs, take you to the bags then to the vehicle. However we had to find our own way to the bags then to the vehicle. We got a bit lost cause we didn't know where to meet them as there were no instructions other than a car licence number. We ended up talking and messaging them and got instructions to meet at pillar 11. I think it would have been super helpful to get this upfront. The driver was great but the miscommunication and lack of information really put it down. I probably wouldn't purchase again. I've given 3 stars cause the driver was great and the lady was waiting after our plane landed.
