Established in the 1980s, it is a rare place that preserves the essence of old Saigon. The market operates all day, with peak times in the early morning and evening (Ho Thi Ky night market). The flowers are primarily sourced from Dalat, the Mekong Delta, and countries like Hungary and the Netherlands.

• Nguyen Thien Thuat Apartment Buildings - Saigon is Vietnam’s most dynamic and bustling city. However, it still retains ancient and rustic charm, exemplified by the Nguyen Thien Thuat apartment buildings in District 3. Initially housing American soldiers, these buildings became home to Vietnamese residents after Independence Day.

This residential area comprises 11 buildings and approximately 120 households, established around 1968.

Having existed for nearly half a century, the residents here have formed close bonds from wartime to peacetime.

Strolling around the old apartment buildings, you can witness the charming scenes of neighbors chatting on balconies, sitting on benches, or children playing in the corridors.
