I’m going to take you through two coffee-centric activities:

#1 • “Coffee Sampling Session”:

In this activity, we will explore how to taste coffee like a pro. We will examine five different coffee bean varieties and I will share details about the unique characteristics of each.

I will also provide you with essential information about coffee in general, similar to wine (such as the origin of the bean, different types of coffee, processing methods, roasting stages, and more.)

By the end of this activity, your understanding of coffee and specifically Vietnamese coffee beans will have deepened.

#2 • “Creating Your Own Cà Phê Sữa Đá!”

In this history-rich section, I’ll take you on a journey that explores the origins of coffee in Vietnam, how it came to us, and how it influences our daily lives. We’ll also look at how Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk became an iconic beverage. Following this, you’ll be able to create your very own traditional Vietnamese coffee - “Cà Phê Sữa Đá” under my guidance.
