Good - My Vietnamese friends took me to an island full of monkeys and crocodiles. I gave the monkeys the beans myself. It was very interesting.
Thank you so much Kate for giving me Sabis. ............

Fast response time - I was so impressed with the customer service - first, I booked the Vung Tau one day private tour last min (literally the night before) and within several hours I got a message from BANG BANG who reassured me that they received my booking and to let me know we were confirmed. Second, BANG BANG advised me that we should start earlier due to traffic concerns (even though we chose a later time). I’m so grateful for this as there was construction (which as a tourist, I was not aware) before leaving the city but the impact on our travels was minimal. Overall, I’m very pleased with how quickly they got back with me and had my best interest at heart. The tour was also amazing with our guide, Mark.

Climbing the Giant Jesus - Had a wonderful experience today with Mark at our Vung Tau tour. He was informative and knowledgeable on the history and culture of Vietnam. We enjoyed talking to him about American vs Vietnamese cultures during the drive to Vung Tau that we didn’t realize several hours had passed. One of the best part about this tour is we got to climb up to the giant Jesus (which is about 811 steps) but if you want to climb inside the statue (narrow flights of stairs) you will need to remove your shoes, water, hat, bags, etc and place it in a locker they provide you for free. The views on top of the statue are worth it! Please note that ladies must wear long pants or a skirt below your knees and something to cover your shoulders. Men must have shorts below their knees or pants otherwise you can’t go up inside the statue. There are several rest stops along the way and you’ll have an opportunity to grab water, soda , and snacks. Definitely a fun day, overall and Mark made it extra fun by completing the climb with us. I highly recommend you hire Mark as your next tour guide for this Vung Tau trip. 2 thumbs up!

Vung Tau experience - Thank you so much for organising the tour and the service by tour guide was great. To start with, the tour operator which i forgot his name was very professional and formative . He waited for 20 mins as i slept through my alarm and he tried to contact me several times. We had a nice mixed group and it was a nice long day. Lots of walking for sure. The highlight of the tour was the giant Jesus Christ and the lunch. The beach is not the best but ok to have a break on the beach chair. Thank you Christina and the team which i booked 3 tours in a row. Thank you all for making my stay a memorable one and see you soon. All the best 👍

One day trip to Vung Tau - Harry, our tour guide, speaks English very well. He is very experienced, flexible, and energetic! Highly recommended! Harry’s passion in tourism makes him very good at his job. He took a lot of pictures for us and sent them to us within 24 hours! We really enjoyed all the places Harry took us and the tasty food in Vung Tau!
