Always a Fun Experience - This is my second time doing this tour and I always have fun. Nicholas is a great tour guide that teaches you the history of the Dominican Republic. If you ever go to Punta Cana, you must do this tour.

All right. - Couple trip in which we liked and enjoyed very much, both for nature learning from it and the experience in 4x4.

Best experience ever - This is one of the best experiences you can have in the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴. The guide, Nicolás, is very professional, highly knowledgeable, and someone who truly loves what he does and his culture. He knows how to transmit that passion along with the typical Caribbean warmth of Dominicans. The route is beautiful, with traditional food, chocolate, and sancocho at Awilda’s home… absolutely out of this world. I’ve been on other expeditions, but this is one of the best, if not the very best. If you want to explore the Dominican countryside on an ATV or any other means of transport, this is an excursion you definitely shouldn’t miss, with Guide Nicolás.

Incredible tour packed with adrenaline and culture - We were given a buggie to drive ourselves where we followed our tour guide, Nicholas, through the Dominican countryside. We were given freedom to drive how we liked. In addition, Nicholas was an amazing guide who gave us an in depth history of the Dominican Republic including religion, culture, typical life and cuisine. We were able to taste Dominican coffee, hot chocolate and cocoa beans. This tour also included swimming in the river on two occasions. This tour was very special and I will remember this for the rest of my life.

A very bad experience - I write to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service received last weekend during the excursion contracted with your company. What is touted as an adrenaline and adventure experience turned out to be a stressful and, honestly, dangerous situation. The main points of my discontent are the following: Condition of vehicles: The assigned buggy was in deplorable condition. The steering was erratic and the brakes were barely responsive, which is unacceptable considering the uneven terrain. In addition, the seat belts were broken or simply roped, putting our physical integrity at risk. Time management: We spend more time stopped at commercial stops (coffee, cocoa and tobacco sales) than driving vehicles. It felt more like a forced sales route than an adventure tour. Lack of professionalism: Staff showed little interest in basic security standards. We were not provided with adequate helmets and driving instructions were almost non-existent. Misleading advertising: The tour of the beach and the cenote was extremely brief, just a few minutes to "take the picture" and continue hurrying to the next outlet. I hope they will take steps to improve the maintenance of their fleet and customer service, as such an experience tarnishes the tourist image of our area. I look forward to a response and compensation commensurate with the poor service received. “The brakes failed halfway and the guide just laughed. There are no helmets, they only sell you tissues for $5 or $10 extra." “We had to change buggy three times because they switched off alone. We missed half an excursion waiting for the mechanics to arrive." "It's a 'tour shop'. They take you to ranches where they bully you into buying cigars and mamajuana at gold prices. If you don't buy, they look bad at you." "The cenote was not available and they still cashed it without informing us." "Transport was an hour late to the hotel and the driver was very rude. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone."

Zero stars if that was an option - If your goal in the Dominican Republic is to overpay for chaos, breathe in a week’s worth of dust, and leave questioning every decision that led you here—congratulations, this place delivers. From the second you arrive, it’s clear organization is more of a suggestion than a concept. You’re herded around with vague instructions, zero real safety briefing, and the general energy of “just figure it out.” The buggies? Absolute masterpieces of neglect. Ours sounded like it was actively negotiating with gravity and might retire mid-ride. Maintenance is apparently optional here. But the real highlight is the “driving experience.” At several points, staff on other buggies decided the best way to manage the group was to drive aggressively—cutting people off and even bumping into our buggy to slow things down. Nothing says “fun excursion” like wondering if getting clipped is part of the package. And don’t worry, the scenery won’t distract you—you’ll mostly just be eating dust and mud while trying to see through whatever layer of grime has formed on your face. You will get filthy, which would be fun if literally anything else about this was. Of course, once you’re already in, they hit you with the classic extras—photos, lockers, anything they can charge for—because why stop at one bad decision when you can stack a few more? All in all, it feels less like an experience and more like a very efficient system for cycling tourists through a poorly maintained obstacle course. Save your money, your patience, and your lungs. There are far better ways to spend your time here.
