Pick & Choose the places as we like to see in San Paulo & Santos!n - Able to choose the places we want to go was the best part of the private shore excursion! Although English speaking guide couldn't come as he was tested Covid positive, we still chose to go and that was the best decision as Gabriel tried to explained rather well with his limited English.

Santos to São Paolo during Carnival - Our guide met us as planned outside the Santos terminal. Giovanna was a lovely, intelligent architecture student, and we travelled with a nice driver in a newish Citroen. She gave us lots of information about Santos including history and commerce in this busy port city. Then we traveled on the Immigrant highway to São Paolo. The route climbs through the Atlantic forest into the mountains and is very scenic but takes a long time. There was lots of traffic in São Paolo and the going was slow. We went to the big park to see the AfroBrazilian Museum, but because of the Carnival, we had trouble finding a way in. We waste about an hour and settled for the Contemporary Art Museum just outside the park. After that we had arranged a lunch at a fine local restaurant, Tordesilhas, that turned out to be the highlight of our visit. We ended with a visit and shopping at Batman Alley. It was fun to see the Carnival, which is crazy and loud with throngs of scantily dressed celebrators, but our sightseeing was limited by the traffic and crowds. Nonetheless, it was a fun experience. The company was very reliable and communicated well with us, and I would recommend using them.

Santos to São Paolo during Carnival - Our guide Giovanna was wonderful and we drove in a comfortable air-conditioned car to São Paolo along a scenic highway through the mountainous Atlantic forest. Unfortunately, we ran into lots of traffic in São Paulo and got caught in a huge Carnival crowd at the park when we tried to get to the AfroBrazilian Museum. We were able to visit the contemporary art museum nearby. Had a wonderful lunch at Tordesilhas, then went to Batman Alley. By that time we had to return to Santos because of traffic. So we got an overview of the city and surroundings, but the Carnival interfered with a full day of sites, while affording us the opportunity to experience the Carnival atmosphere, loud and crazy!

Could have been better , but was not! - I booked the trip for 11:00 am. The guide and driver showed up at 8:30 am. No signs , no identification names . They wanted to finish my trip at 4:00 pm. After a heated discussion with the "boss" he agreed to allow them to stay till 7:00 pm as previously scheduled. Very rude, belligerent gentleman who told me that he does not care, I booked through Aviator and he does not owe me any respect ! Unfortunately is true, Aviator hires different local agencies and does not have any control over their seriousness, quality of service or safety. Aviator is just a middle man not responsible for service!
