Air conditioned streets and great Javid experience. - Javid is an awesome guide. Very knowledgeable, courteous and a safe driver. He was on time for pick up and I would recommend him most definitely.

A great educational experience - We chose this tour because of its flexibility, our guide Junaid was very informative about the venues, culture and history of Doha and Qatar.

The best experience ever. - Ali was the best! It was an amazing time. Cannot wait to come back and do a desert trip. He was very knowledgeable and checked all of the boxes that I wanted to check and even more.

City Tour with Junaid - It was an interesting experience with the tour guide Junaid.
He communicated exceptionally and was cheerful through out the tour.
He was also helpful and time efficient.
We'd definitely refer falcon to friends and family.

Disappointing - I booked the 4 hours' private tour to visit the main Doha attractions (Pearl, Souq, Katara, Corniche) including the National Museum. Half of the attractions - I was just dropped off the car and asked to do it without a guide. Quite surprising when you book the private tour. For some reason the visit to the National Museum was skipped. When I asked for a partial money refund as the tour did not include one of the key attractions, no apology from the agency, just I was told I need to wait one month to get the money transferred to my credit card. I had to chase them after 2 months, then the partial money refund was finally provided via PayPal (not clear why this could not have been done much earlier).

Was fixed plan tour - I booked a tour which I can create the own itinerary but the plan was fixed and couldn't go to places I planned. The tour guide wasn't that professional and I couldn't satisfy my curiosity to the Qatar
