The Farm to Table Cooking Class offers an enjoyable, local-style outdoor cooking experience at an organic farm nestled in the Chiang Mai forest. Participants will use only fresh ingredients sourced from Buddha Raksa Organic Farm and locally grown vegetables to prepare local dishes and herbal drinks, which they can enjoy during lunch.
This tour includes return transfers from Chiang Mai city hotels. Before the cooking class, there is a farm tour where participants can harvest fresh vegetables and herbs, lasting approximately 50 minutes.
The cooking class, lasting one and a half hours, is entirely natural with no chemical usage. It features dishes such as Pomelo Salad, Thai Yellow Curry Noodle, Bananas Pudding, and an Immune Booster Drink (Turmeric with honey and lime).
Please note that recipes are subject to change without notice and can be adapted to a Vegan/Vegetarian diet.
After a delightful session of learning and cooking, participants can relax in a lovely outdoor setting and enjoy the dishes they have prepared.
