Disappointed - The night before this trip the tour operator called me that I was the only one on this trip because the others are not going to make because one of them he said got sick. He offered if I can make it Thursday and I said I will be going back to New York on Thursday so he offered me another alternative which is a day trip to Saona Island which I accepted because I had no choice but I told him the trip to Saona I know is much cheaper because it is near and half day only while the Samana trip was full day so he said he will treat as VIP and give lobster for lunch. So I took the trip and once I got to Saona I reminded the guide that the tour operator promised me lobster and he said you have to talk to him because he said he does not know about it. So once we got back I told him about his promise and he said you did not confirm. I did not say anything after that because I was mad and injured because I stepped on a container which was brittle and cut my foot and I saw there was lobster inside. I just want a refund of a portion of this trip because the Saona Island was cheaper than the Samana trip and I never got the lobster!
