An exceptional tour. - An exceptionally well organised and presented tour delivered by the team at Shakespeare Distillery. They have exceptional enthusiasm for the tour and the business they are a part of. The tasting was very enjoyable at the same time as being educational. For such a young team, they are knowledge about the products they produce and the industry they are a part of. I'd highly recommend the tour. PS we took an Uber from Stratford Upon Avon which was £6 and £7 each way

Highly recommend a visit - Great experience, of this family business, a superb introduction and guide through the history of gin and information on the latest trend of rum consumption. Followed by an easy to understand tour of gin processing and packaging . Then onto an interesting tasting session, from which I learned a lot of tips and knowledge about how to enjoy gin in the best way.. the standard and naturally flavoured gins were delicious

Gin-tastic!! - My wife and I attended the distillery tour on Saturday. From start to finish, it was a fun and very informative afternoon. Our guide, Sam, was brilliant!! Full of knowledge of the history of gin, and he presented it a very easy and amusing way. The tasting at the end was fantastic! This is a must experience to do if you are in Stratford upon Avon. And to top it all, the gin they produce is extremely high quality.

Great event - Highly recommended. - My wife and had had a go at gin making. Great atmosphere from the start with the enthusiastic and committed team explaining in a light and humorous way the history of gin and a short talk about their own story. Then the gin making; using our own still adding botanicals and controlling the distillation temperature etc we thoroughly enjoyed creating out personal gin as part of this lively event with personal service and help where needed. A superb experience all round. We have been to other such event and this is the best. Would highly recommend this activity.

Great history lesson... - Great history lesson about gin, rum, Shakespeare, and alcohol in general, and a very interesting tour showing us how it's all made! and of course, loved the tasting and explanation of how it all ties together!

Fantastic!! - Such a great 2 hour tour of this Artisan small batch Gin distillery. Firstly the Gin is beautiful! No more Gordon’s for us!! Sam who was our tour guide and distiller was full of passion and knowledge with lots of great humour thrown in. Absolutely loved it and would highly recommend

This was a great way to... - This was a great way to spend an afternoon with family. The tour was interesting, entertaining, and informative. The staff were all excellent, and we much enjoyed the tastings.

Great gin tour! - We had a friendly welcome by the host and time to sit in the bar and sample the hot/ cold drinks on offer. Then we had a talk on the history of gin followed by a tour of the distillery and finished up with a tasting. We were provided with three shots to sample the different flavours on offer which were then topped up with the accompanying mixers. At the end we were able to choose any gin or rum to have as a full drink and browse the products available in the shop. The distillery was wonderfully warm on a cold February and very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about their craft, a lovely experience!
