The first destination is the Royal Tyrrell Museum, where visitors can explore the world’s largest collection of dinosaur fossils and learn about the evolution of life over 4.5 billion years. Following this, the journey returns to town for an early afternoon, where one can choose to climb the World’s Largest Dinosaur for stunning views of the valley or enjoy leisure time exploring the charming downtown of Drumheller for lunch or shopping. Next, the itinerary includes a visit to the hauntingly beautiful Willow Creek Hoodoos, shaped by millions of years of erosion. Later, a scenic drive through the 11 bridges of the ghost town of Wayne and back is planned, along with a visit to the Rosedale Suspension Bridge. The final stop is at Horseshoe Canyon, offering incredible up-close views of the striped and layered canyon formations from three viewpoints and a short trail below the canyon, leaving a lasting impression of the day in the Badlands.
