The driver spoke very... - The driver spoke very little English, and it was hard to understand what he was trying to communicate to us. I had to inform the driver that he was not driving in the right direction as he had driven past the location where we were supposed to have stopped. The driver spent too much time looking at his iPad. Trying to determine where he was, and where he was going. The driver did his best, but in my opinion, he was highly unqualified.
