- Tsover Lake - Begin your journey at the picturesque Lake Tsover, located on the upper slopes of Dsegh village. Enjoy a warm welcome with coffee and fresh local fruits before setting off on horseback through the pasturelands towards the eastern edge of the Debed Canyon. Along the route, discover a medieval watchtower and several ancient cross-stones, including the Sirun Khach (“Beautiful Cross”), which earned second place at a Paris competition in 1970. Continue along the cliff’s edge, where breathtaking views of the Marts River Gorge unfold. An optional one-hour walk through a forested path leads to the St. Gregory Monastery, dating back to the 12th–13th centuries. Afterward, enjoy some cantering towards Dsegh village and explore the House-Museum of the renowned Armenian poet Hovhannes Tumanyan—an outstanding example of an early 19th-century Armenian peasant home. Nearby, visit the 10th–12th-century cemetery of the notable Mamikonyan princely family. Conclude your adventure with a final ride through the hillside forests, returning to the lakefront.

Good vibes in a horse - The guide was nice. We had coffee with a local guy on the top of the valley. Was a nice experience and I recommend to everyone. Though the trip description did not match the actual trip, we had still lots of fun.

Horse riding - Fantastic landscape. Guide was helpful and was fluent in english. Great to see Monestary. Great experience.
However The horses was not really fit and we had to walk much of the distance. Also there was much garbage on the trail....
