Marjan Art Gallery SCAM - Be very careful about this tour if they take you to the Marjan Art Gallery in Audi Dhabi. It is a scam. They take you in a room and show you artwork they say is real 24KT gold with precious stones. They show you a book of other people who purchased their artwork and if you buy something to have it mailed, you never receive it. This isn’t the first time the tour guides go to this location, so I wonder if they get a cut and are in on the scam! Watch out

Terrible. - TOUR OF THE CITY OF ABU DHABI. Day 4 January 9am. Samuel Bolullo. We are totally unhappy with this Tour, we did not hire this tour for the price, we did not hire this Tour for the schedule, we only hired it because it was in Spanish and we do not know English. 1- The tour guide knew absolutely no Spanish. 2- The guide explained absolutely nothing about what we were going to do after getting into the van each time, we looked like a herd of animals, we had to ask each time where we go where we go, and what our next visit is. 3- He told us absolutely nothing about the palace, in Abu Dhabi. During the visit to the Grand Mosque, he didn’t talk to us for 1 minute, to tell us the history of the mosque or some interesting facts for tourists like us. 4- On a Tour, which lasted 11 hours, he left us only 30 minutes to eat. We stopped in a parking lot at the mol, and he told us that in 50 minutes we had to be back in the van. In that 50 minutes we had to walk to the entrance of the mall, go up to the third floor where the restaurants were, order food, eat, go back down the three floors from the restaurants and walk through the parking lot to where the van was away from the entrance. The rest of the tourists, the van would drop them at the Del Mall door and pick them up at the Mall door, making better use of the time to eat, without having to walk through the huge parking lot. 5- At the Emirates Palace, we went inside, but after talking to the gatekeeper, we turned around with the van, some passengers started protesting, and then he explained that he had been wrong, because only 10 could enter, and there were more than 10, so it was decided that half the people of the van got out in a nearby parking lot, and the other half, we could go inside to see the palace. The other half who stayed out on the street, never got in. It was an unpleasant situation. 5- In the aisle of the van, without tying, there was a wheelchair, which, in case of accident was extremely dangerous, because of the blows that could cause passengers. Totally inadmissible, and very insecure. 6- He took us to a date market, opened the van door, put us in a shop, and after 15 minutes he told us that we were leaving, he didn’t tell a word, or explain absolutely anything about the dates, the market, or anything that was of tourist interest. Just buy for 15 minutes and that's it. 7- The tour was scheduled for approximately eight hours, and took 11, we were picked up at 9:30am, and returned at 20:30 hours to the Hotel. It didn’t rain, there wasn’t much traffic, nor was the means of transport spoiled, and we had to look for any tourists who got lost, it was only bad organization of the day in their visits, which affected us a lot in what we had scheduled for the rest of the day. 8- The van was dirty and poorly maintained. This excursion fell far short of our expectations and what was promised in the Tour. We are confident of a response to our unease at this very unpleasant situation.

The worst tour for Abu Dhabi - The worst tour with worst guide. Picked up frm hotel at 9am. Then another 2 pickups 10.30am alredi.afta tat reached the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque at 12pm with the guide just drop us there. Never tell where n how to go. Afta message him few times then he came to guide. Spent 2 hours there. Then he brought straight to Emirates palace where it was closed for visitors on that day. So again wasted and never stop for any photo stop. Then brought us to Ferrari world at 5pm.. not much never bring us anywhere else. Such a wasted tour. Waste money n waste of time. Definitely will not recommend this tour. very poor service. The guide tell this is his first time n even yelled rudely with one of the tourist. You can expect him to sit in the van all the time n sleep.
