A Must for Your Time in Dubai! - We were in Dubai for a 12 hour layover and wanted to use part of the time for a short experience. It was decided extremely last minute - the morning of, as we were about to get in the 5 hour ride to Dubai. We were so impressed with how Point Click Tourism quickly got us booked and then booked us a driver to ensure our transportation between sites was seamless. When we arrived at the airport and made it through customs, Nazim was already there waiting for us. He was polite and made sure that we had everything we needed. The car was spotless and service was 5 star. At each stop, he made sure we were secured and then gave us privacy to enjoy. Highly recommend him. Definitely recommend enquiring with Point Click Tourism about their transportation options. It made it so much easier to navigate through Dubai during our long layover. Aya Universe was amazing. Point Click provided us with our QR codes for the experience- making it seamless for us to walk in and enjoy. We were a little late (our fault not the drivers- we stopped for food) and there were no issues. We simply scanned the codes and walked in. Says was stunning! It reminded us of Team Lab Planets in Tokyo. Each installation was beautiful and the attendants were close at hand to help if needed to guide through the Anya Journey. At the end we were transported safely to the airport by amazon and easily checked in for some lounge time. We highly recommend Point Click Tourism for your tour or transportation in Dubai. They were quick, efficient and professional - we cannot wait until next time in Dubai to use them again.

Great value - Great experience. Have booked on booking.com and got the tickets on my WhatsApp presented to the venues and got in no problem.

Not so great customer service - Not knowing until after booking that I have to go through WhatsApp seems suspicious with all the scams going on these days. Luckily it wasn’t. After paying for it online, I should have been sent my ticket directly, but I wasn’t. I didn’t find out until after I got to the gate that I had to download WhatsApp just to reach out to them in order to get my ticket. I am from a different country and getting the app to download was a pain without cellular service. This made the process longer. But the fact that this wasn’t addressed prior to me booking is upsetting. This is the 1st time I’ve ever paid for something and had to reach out to someone after paying just to get the ticket that has been paid for. It’s unnecessary steps. When I did speak to someone from the company, they asked that I didn’t leave a review and only apologized for the inconvenience after I told them that an apology was all I was looking for.
