Alexandra Dow excellent - The boat trip was excellent as was the entertainment. The food was delicious but was not managed so many people started eating early and the seemed to come back and push in to the queue.

We had an amazing time on... - We had an amazing time on the cruise — the food was delicious, the views were absolutely stunning, and the entertainment kept us smiling. It was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy some quality time with family and friends. Everything felt so well put together, from the atmosphere to the service. Definitely something I’d recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing evening.

We booked the 5.30pm... - We booked the 5.30pm cruise and really enjoyed it although the later cruise would be good also seeing the city under lights. Very attentive crew who looked after our every need. Some really good beats through the great sound system to liven things up as well.

Amazing, good experience. - We went for my sister's birthday, the food is varied, there are different options for people, the staff inside the boat are very helpful, tips in my experience were optional, it was a great experience where you tour Dubai marine by boat. and the price is cheap. You can get alcoholic beverages inside the boat at a separate price.

Great views of the lights in the marina - The cruise and food were great. Fantastic views of the marina all lit up. The only issue we had was getting there. Our first taxi driver took us to the wrong mosque!! Luckily the 2nd driver was much more helpful.

Great Cruise and Value - The cruise and staff were fantastic!!! The food was 1st class and served hot when the food is supposed to be! The cold food was also cold as expected and was perfect. The fees spent was excellent for the value! I would do this again if were staying longer!

Ok food but great experience - The food was ok. Upper deck is a game changer, it is 100% worth it! The view of the marina is insane!

Satisfactory. - The dining experience was disappointing. The quality of the food was poor, the portions were not sufficient, and the clearing was too early. When ordering Prosecco, we were informed that none was available anymore. In addition, the guest structure was about 90% people from India, and the music was mostly Russian and Indian. Because of these factors, I can only rate the experience as satisfying.”

HORRIBLE! - i will NEVER recommend this cruise to anyone and will NEVER go through this horrid process again. I purchased through what I assumed was their website, it as for both way hotel transfer plus dinner cruise. The driver that picked us up was extremely rude, short with her answers, and literally did not want to be there to pick us up. She then pulled up to the marina doing an illegal uturn middle of the road and parked on the side of the road with the blinkers on. didnt say a single word as to what was happening. Then she gets a phone call and tells someone "I brought them" and continues to wait wihtout saying a word. she then gets out of the car and starts walking towards a dark road/path... and comes back opens the door adn says we're hear. a man comes up and says i will walk you to the cruise.. mind you NO ONE HAS INTRODUCED THEMSELVES and I have 2 kids with me! I am a little scared adn ask where are we going.. he says the cruise is this way. So we continue walking.. he pulls up to the port and says "I brought these ppl for the cruise" I am sorry... WHAT??? the guy says okay.. and tells us to go towards a boat. I honestly thought we were going to be trafficked, and somehow I got trapped into a mafia ring. This isnt even all the worst part yet. Anyways, we get on the boat, instead of asking for my name, the host goes, Which hotel? I give him my hotel and he tells us to go upstairs. we go upstsairs and another person approacthes us since we were standing there looking lost.. and says how many ppl? and then says okay go sit over there. at this point i am like whatever lets just breathe and enjoy the rest of the night. the serving staff was SO RUDE. one came and put rolls on the table, i asked if we could have plates ... he said eat wieyh your hand. I thought he was jokig, but no - dead serious. I told him I would like a plate to eat on pls, where would.I put my spriing roll. - and mind you, NO SAUCES. anyways, he gave me a plate and walked away irritated by me... I looked around to see if anyone else could help because where were my kids going to place their spring rolls. Overall, food was mediocre, service was beyond terrible, the entertainment person was great but he was only on for 3 minutes. I would give them 0 stars, but aside from having to give at least 1 star is required.. plus the views of dubai in the marina were beautiful. but pls, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THE ALEXANDER CRUISES! I genuinely have no idea how they have a high rating.. purchaing reviews is all that makes sense. but I personally have been so extremely put off by this experience, i dont think i will ever do a dinner cruise for a longggg while.
