Go for the two-day pass! - We opted for the two-day pass and we were so glad that we did! There was so much to see that there was no way that we could see it all in one day. We were given the optional cruise as a bonus so don't be afraid to ask. The staff was terrific - especially AHMED EL SHERIF!

Great way to get around. - We purchased the 48 hour pass and used it more like a taxi between the places we wanted to visit. Great info provided as you travel. We think the hop on hop off bus is great for getting to all the main sights. Highly recommend.

There's a red line and a blue line. - The Red Line goes around a lot of sights. It's not much time to go around, so you might want to consider the highlights and getting on and off. The Blue Line is a route to Palm Jumeirah that takes you to the sea via a wide highway. You can ride around 9am and enjoy it until evening.

Excelente experiencia en Dubái junto a mi esposo. - My experience has been wonderful with my salesman Marcos. I loved the tour but my favorite was the day in the desert. My husband and I had a great time, it was an excellent experience. I would do it again.

Well organized, friendly, recommended - The tour is great and highly recommended. In the sightseeing hop on hop off there is even a children's channel. The friendliness and helpfulness of the employees should be emphasized. We forgot a shopping bag on the bus and got it back the next day thanks to the efforts of the staff:) Many thanks to ‘Mossa’!!!

A good experience but there are a few things to be aware of - We had 1 full day in Dubai and wanted to get an overview of the city and the bus tour was an ideal way to do this. We bought a ticket to cover both the Blue and Red routes and did both. We did have a problem initially, as we were led to believe you could buy a ticket at any drop off point, but having got a taxi from our hotel to the nearest drop off at the Dubai Frame we could not locate the point where the bus would stop, and when one came past 100 metres from where we were standing it didn't stop and although we tried to catch up with it as it was in traffic, we never managed to. We then got another taxi to the Dubai Mall where there are people selling tickets and the buses stop for a reasonable time. City Sightseeing and the Big Bus both go from the same point. The tours were informative and give a good overview of the city. The buses get to each drop off point roughly every 40 minutes, but this varies considerably at peak traffic times. We got off at the Souk Madinat Jumeirah and had a look around and nearly missed the next bus as we didn't realise our bus had been running behind schedule, and the next bus was more or less on time. As we were pushed for time, a further 40 minute delay would have been an issue for us, so this is something to take into account. We had expected to get back to the Dubai Mall after doing the Blue route by 17.30 but it was 18.15 by the time we got there as the traffic around the Dubai Marina and back to the Mall was very heavy, something to take into account if you need to be somewhere at a specific time. Overall a good experience, but ideally it would be better to spend more time than we had on each route spread over a couple of days.

Good way to see Dubai - The bus was on time and the driver was friendly. The stops were great, lots to see on the drive. Space on the open top which was lovely in the sunshine. It was a shame that the first bud we were on though didn’t have the earphone commentary working, which is why I gave 4 stars. On The second bus, the earphones did work. Definitely get off the bus at the Dubai Mall to browse, see the Burj Khalifa, the Souk and fountain show. One of our highlights.

Good introduction to a new area. Sound system needs work. - The staff was amazing. 10 out of 10!!! Busses were clean and well driven. We appreciated water was supplied. Here are some tips. Headphones and sound system need some improvement. The right side of our bus none of the headphone plugs worked today. This tour gives you a great overview of all Dubai has to offer and is an effective introduction to this area. We really feel that this tour helped us understand Dubai. Thank you
