Few hours trip but it was so detailed. - The Hamdan was knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts about Dubai’s history and modern transformation. The transportation was comfortable, and the itinerary was well-planned, giving us enough time to enjoy each stop. A great experience for first-time visitors or anyone wanting to see the best of Dubai in a day.

If you're short on time? - What Was really good was how the guide and driver seemed to work together as a team. It's definitely worth doing a tour to get your bearings and see the must see spots.

Want to visit again - it was good experience, we went to almost all land mark of Dubai. Tour Driver/ Guide was very knowledgeable, he answered well. Dubai is very beautiful city want to visit again.

Amazing! - Dubai City tour, Safari, Dubai Mall, Aquarium, Zoo, IMG Park, night dinners, Palm Island and much more...
Our favorite part of our family experience, was the fact we had the BEST!! tour guide in all Dubai, Mr. Sharfan was the most knowledgeable, gracious, respectful, efficient and on time individual I have ever met in the tourism industry.
Having Sharfan next to us, We all felt we did not had to worry about anything, we basically asked and he delivered.
He explained in detail all the UAE history, UAE customs, Dubai and Abu Dhabi tourist sites, daily events and even places to where we could find souvenirs to bring back home to our love ones.
The UAE and his people are very respectful and tolerant to us the visitors. We had great fun and wish all of those who are thinking about visiting UAE and specifically Dubai City, to not think too much, as it will be the greatest vacation that you may have East of the USA :-).
So please do hire ROYAL SMART TOURISM and request Mr. Sharfan as he will make the experience unforgettable.

Very disappointing service - Seatbelt wasn’t working, guide had the radio on loudly as he was talking over to tell us about the different areas we were visiting. We had to ask him to turn it down. Wouldn’t pay the money again.

Extremely pathetic service - Guys please dont book from them.. pathetic service in small van.. they dont take to any place which is mentioned..never ever recommend to book from them.. totally wasted my day.. truly liar
