A terrific way to see Dubai! - We had a great tour of the modern and old parts of Dubai. Our guide, Shaka, was very knowledgeable as well as warm and friendly! Dubai has an ever changing landscape and this tour brought us to all the highlights. It is a perfect way to get a feel for this wonderful city and gives you many ideas to follow on the rest of your trip or during future visits. I would definitely recommend this Dubai City tour.

Wonderful experience - Great way to see the city on the first day of stay. Basheer was a great guide. We ended up having a private nice cook vehicle ride to major attractions and planned our rest of the stay based on ideas from the tour.

Great tour, very informative, top guide! - Great tour at an unbeatable low price! You can see all the sights - ideal if you're only in Dubai for a short time! Hotel pickup followed on time - tour took place, although they had only booked 4 people. Includes free drinks, admission to the museum and water taxi ride. Top tour guide with super expertise who always responded to requests! Highly recommended!

Rushed tour - Not the most enjoyable tour. The driver was 30 minutes late. We were in the back seat of a seven seater car. The side windows were quite small so we couldn’t see much for the first half of the tour. When the family of four left the tour halfway through we were able to sit in the middle and see more. Whilst we chose not to stop at the souks we did not stop at the mosque or the Burj Al Arab as stated on the itinerary. The rest of the tour was rushed, our driver could reel off all the car showrooms and, although late starting, we arrived back at the hotel at the stated time.

Tour was good and our... - Tour was good and our guide for this tour was really nice and knowledgeable but im giving it two stars only because they took us to one of the carpet store where we spend almost 45 min which was totally waste of time and that time could have spent some where else.

Private travel, awaiting reimbursement for 1 year - We were supposed to go to Dubai with friends in April 2020. Being covid, private trip informed us that our trip was going to be cancelled and that we would receive a voucher for 1 year to leave with the company. If we didn’t use the Voucher we had to be refunded one year later.
Due to the health situation, we were not able to leave during this year. We therefore had to be reimbursed during the month of April 2021.
We tried to contact several times private travel, by phone, by email but no answer.
We want to get in touch with private travel in order to be reimbursed.
For the price of our trip we are really outraged not to receive our money and have no answer from them.
